If you aready received the master password from us,
first thing
to do is to go inside bios setup,
restart your Laptop pressing the F2 key every second,
go to security,
then passwords,
find out what kind of password is set or installed,
there will be system password,
admin password,
and HDD password options.
The problem is that you don't want to change the password but remove it completely. I know that there is an option to change it in BIOS, but there isn't one for disabling it.
so you must change the password in BIOS by typing the master password on the first field, and under on the second and third password field you just press enter so the password is empty . Then system password is disabled.
dont forget to click on save it to save the changes you made.
